【Abstract】 AAbbssttrraacctt : At present, the study of the treaty system of regional or cross-regional international organizations is not simply about the problems of the organization law and the treaty law themselves. It involves the cooperation issues in the fields of security, economy, trade and humanities within and beyond international organizations, covering a wider scope of issues, which may be one of the trends in the study of contemporary regional or cross-regional international organization systems.
