【摘要】 目的探讨抗骨质疏松药物干预联合骨关节护理对绝经后骨质疏松伴腰背痛患者疼痛程度和生活质量的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月～2018年10月期间绵阳市第三人民医院妇科收治的70例绝经后骨质疏松伴腰背痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规止痛药物干预和常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予抗骨质疏松药物干预加骨关节护理。1月后对比分析两组患者的疼痛情况以及生活质量。结果干预1月后两组患者疼痛程度和生活质量均有显著改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组疼痛程度降低更显著(P<0.05),生活质量评分升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论抗骨质疏松药物治疗联合骨关节护理对绝经后骨质疏松伴腰背痛的女性疼痛程度减轻和生活质量提高效果显著优于常用止痛药物加常规护理,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-osteoporosis drug intervention and bone and joint nursing on pain and quality of life in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods From January 2018 to October 2018, 70 patients with of postmenopausal osteoporosis with low back pain were selected from gynecology department of Mianyang Third People’s Hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The former was given routine analgesic drug intervention and routine nursing, while the latter was given anti-osteoporosis drug intervention and bone and joint nursing. The pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed after 1 month. Results After one month of intervention, the pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the pain of the observation group was significantly improved. The degree of pain decreased more significantly(4.7±3.9 vs. 2.5±1.1, P<0.05), and the quality of life score increased more significantly(76.14±1.59 vs. 98.33±2.94, P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-osteoporotic drugs combined with bone and joint nursing for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with low back pain are significantly better than routine analgesics combined with routine nursing.更多还原
