晚期三阴性乳腺癌TYMS基因表达及与化疗疗效相关研究

【摘要】 目的探讨胸苷酸合成酶(TYMS)基因表达与晚期三阴性乳腺癌化疗疗效的关系。方法回顾性分析晚期三阴女性乳癌患者97例,检测患者肿瘤标本TYMS mRNA表达量,明确基因表达与临床特征及化疗疗效的关系。结果 TYMS mRNA表达水平高低与患者的年龄、月经状态、组织学分级、转移部位、Ki67增殖指数及PS评分无明显相关性,TYMS表达水平与氟尿嘧啶类疗效关系密切,低表达者疗效更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TYMS基因有望成为晚期三阴性乳腺癌化疗疗效的预测基因,值得在临床进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the distribution of thymidylate synthase(TYMS)gene in advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)patients and the relationship between the gene expression and the effect of chemotherapy.Methods 97 patients with advanced TNBC were treated with TAC,TP,or TX scheme,and each patient was detected TYMS gene mRNA expression with liquid chip technology,then analyzed the status of TYMS gene expression in TNBC,and the relationship between TYMS gene expression and chemotherapy curative effect.Results TYMS gene mRNA expression in TNBC had no obvious correlation with age,menstrual status,histological grade,transfer parts,Ki67 and PS score,the P value was greater than 0.05.TYMS gene expression was related with the effect of fluoropyimidine.Lower expression had a good curative effect.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion TYMS gene might be a predicted genes of chemotherapy curative effect in TNBC.Tt was deserved further research.
