甘草甜素与氯化钙对抗氨基苷类药物毒性的实验探讨

【摘要】 由于链霉素毒性较大,安全范围较窄,临床应用容易引起中毒,特别是对第八对脑神经及神经肌肉麻痹损伤。当前钙制剂是对链霉素中毒最有效,也曾被视为唯一的解毒剂。但由于钙对心脏的毒性较大,剂量不易掌握,往往导致解毒失败。甘草具有解毒、缓解药势之功效。实验证明,甘草对链霉素中毒有解毒功效。

【Abstract】 Because of the high toxicity and narrow safety range of streptomycin, it is easy to cause poisoning in clinical application, especially for the eighth pair of brain nerve and nerve muscle paralysis injury. Currently, calcium preparations are the most effective and once regarded as the only antidote for streptomycin poisoning, but due to the high toxicity of calcium to the heart, the dosage is not easy to control. Detoxification failed. Glycyrrhiza uralensis has the effect of detoxifying and alleviating the drug potential. Experiments have proved that Glycyrrhiza uralensis has detoxifying effect on streptomycin poisoning and can find another way to detoxify streptomycin poisoning.
