【Abstract】 Malaria has always been a devastating and life-threatening global infectious disease.Artemisinin-based combination therapies are the most effective treatment for malaria in the world, used in almost all endemic regions, and has successfully saved millions of lives. The discovery of artemisinin is the product of close combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern science and technology.
