【摘要】 为规范寨卡病毒病的诊断、治疗和预防,中华医学会热带病与寄生虫学分会和感染病学分会于2018年组织国内有关专家,根据国内外最新的循证医学证据和寨卡病毒病防治相关方案及指南等,制订了《寨卡病毒病防治中国专家共识》。本共识包含寨卡病毒病的流行病学、病原学、发病机制、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断鉴别诊断、治疗、预防与控制等九个部分。本共识的发布对提高我国寨卡病毒病的诊治水平和防控能力具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To standardize the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Zika virus disease, the experts of the Society of Tropical Medicine and Parasitology, and Society of Infectious Diseases of Chinese Medical Association have reached this a Chinese expert consensus on prevention and treatment of Zika virus disease(2019) based on previous systemic reports on Zika. The consensus includes 9 aspects:epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control. The publication of this consensus is of great significance to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Zika virus disease in China.更多还原
