460型重型自卸车高性能桥壳铸件开发
Development of High Performance Axle Bridge Housing Casting for 460-type Heavy Dump Truck
【摘要】 介绍了460型重型自卸车高性能桥壳的铸件结构及技术要求,利用MAGMA凝固模拟软件模拟了10余种工艺设计方案,确定了最终工艺方案。通过生产调试,采取了以下改进措施:使用新砂箱进行生产,起模3 h后进行浇注,浇注完4 h后打箱;将w(Cu)量由0.2%~0.35%提高到0.8%~0.9%,采用喂丝法进行球化处理。生产结果显示:铸件没有出现浇不足废品,铸件变形量小于1 mm,达到工艺设计要求;铸件本体球化率等级达到3级,石墨大小等级为6级,基体为95%珠光体+铁素体,铸件本体力学性能符合技术要求;试生产后将该工艺用于小批量生产,废品率低于2%。
【Abstract】 The casting structure and technical requirements of high performance bridge axle housing of 460-type heavy dump truck were introduced. More than 10 kinds of casting process design schemes were simulated by using MAGMA solidification simulation software. The final process scheme was determined. Through trial production and adjustment,the following improvement measures had been taken:using new flask for production,pouring carried out at 3 h after patter-stripping,knock out carried out at 4 h after pouring end,the Cu content was elevated from 0.2%~0.35% to 0.8%~0.9%,using cored-wire injection process to nodularize. The production result showed:no misrun casting was rejected,the casting deformation was less than 1 mm that reached process design requirement,the nodularality grade of casting body reached 3 grade,the matrix structure was of 95% pearlite+ferrite,the mechanical properties of casting body reached technical requirements. The process had been used for small batch production,the rejection rate was lower than 2%.
