【摘要】 目的:探讨3D-TOF-MT-MRA在颅内AVM诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2018年6月我院收治的疑似AVM患者50例。所有患者都进行MR平扫联合3D-TOF-MT-MRA检查。结果:畸形血管团位于顶叶18例,枕叶5例,颞叶8例,脑室区6例,小脑半球4例,额叶5例,病变牵涉到多个脑叶4例。结论:3D-TOF-MT-MRA是一种安全可靠、无创伤的血管检查技术,对AVM的诊断效果较好,可清晰的检测出病变情况,值得作为AVM的临床诊疗依据。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of 3D-TOF-MT-MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial AVM.Methods:50 patients with suspected AVM admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected. All patients underwent MR plain scan combined with 3D-TOF-MT-MRA.Results:The malformed vascular masses were located in the parietal lobe in 18 cases, occipital lobe in 5 cases, temporal lobe in 8 cases, ventricular area in 6 cases, cerebellar hemisphere in 4 cases, frontal lobe in 5 cases, and lesions involving multiple lobes in 4 cases.Conclusion:3D-TOF-MT-MRA is a safe, reliable and non-invasive technique for vascular examination. It has a good diagnostic effect for AVM and can clearly detect the lesions. It is worthy of being used as a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AVM.
