【摘要】 目的探讨改良铺巾法在立体定向脑深部电刺激(DBS)术中的应用效果。方法收集2015年1月至2018年2月脑深部电刺激术100例,共200侧,采用传统铺巾方法为对照组,采用改良铺巾方法为试验组,比较2组铺巾方式效果与效益、医护满意度以及空气质量监测结果。结果试验组平均铺巾准备时间、平均手术铺巾时间、平均手术操作时间、成本、护士及医生满意度分别为(68. 28±15. 31) s、(181. 45±67. 65) s、(362. 42±54. 12) min、(385. 13±23. 86)元、99. 67%、98. 59%,对照组分别为(195. 54±65. 28) s、(293. 48±89. 83) s、(454. 58±89. 32) min、(456. 35±25. 04)元、94. 86%、90. 34%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(t/2=8. 574、14. 912、17. 883、12. 284、3. 964、4. 828,均P <0. 05)。2组铺巾前、铺巾过程及手术过程中空气质量比较,试验组空气细菌数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3. 143、15. 731、18. 356,P <0. 05)。100例脑深部电刺激手术均成功完成,术后随访均无并发症。结论改良DBS术铺巾法能有效提高铺巾手术效果及效率,缩短手术铺巾和手术时间,保持洁净手术室空气质量效果好,从而提高手术室护理质量,提高工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of improved shop towel method in stereotactic brain deep electric stimulation( DBS). Methods A total of 100 cases of deep brain stimulation from January 2015 to February 2018 were collected,covering a total of 200 sides. The traditional paving method was used as the control group,and the modified paving method was used as the experimental group,The effect and benefit of two ways of dressing shop,satisfaction degree of medical care and air quality monitoring results were compared. Conclusion Improved DBS surgery shop towels method can effectively improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the shop towel operation,shorten the operation shop towels and operation time,maintain a clean room air quality effect is good,thereby improving the operating room nursing quality and improve work efficiency.更多还原
