【摘要】 目的探索品管圈活动在提高产妇镇痛分娩宣教效果中的应用效果。方法由医院麻醉科,产科共4名医生,2名护士联合组成一个"圈",确定以"提高产妇入院镇痛分娩知晓率"为活动主题,运用PDCA循环,分析影响产妇入院镇痛分娩宣教知晓率的因素并采取相应的措施,实施质量持续改进。结果产妇入院镇痛分娩宣教知晓率由活动前的18. 1%提高到活动后的98. 2%,目标达成率为156%。结论通过品管圈活动,运用质量控制手法,提高了医护人员镇痛分娩积极性,提高了产妇镇痛分娩知晓率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the awareness rate of painless labor in puerpera. Methods By the department of three anesthesiologists,one obstetrician and two nurses formed a"circle",determined to"improve improving the awareness rate of painless labor in puerpera". As the theme,using PDCA cycle,analyzing the factors affecting the awareness rate of painless delivery and take corresponding measures to implement continuous quality improvement. Results The awareness rate of indolent delivery increased from 18. 1% before the activity to 98. 2% after the activity,and the target achievement rate was 156%. Conclusion Through the activities of quality control circle and the application of quality control technique,the enthusiasm of painless delivery and the awareness rate of painless delivery were improved.更多还原
