【摘要】 目的了解医务人员幸福感现状并提出提升对策。方法采用《综合幸福问卷》调查表,对扬州市一家三级甲等医院816名在职医务人员幸福感水平进行抽样调查。结果医务人员幸福感指数(6. 84±1. 43)处于中等偏上水平;不同性别、婚姻、学历、收入的医务人员的幸福指数得分差异不大;年龄在26岁以上至55岁幸福指数低于年龄在25岁以下和56岁以上的人群;医生和护士幸福指数低于行政和医技人员;兴趣爱好少、性格消极悲伤及未来目标不明确的人幸福指数低。结论医务人员的幸福感水平处于中等偏上水平,但主观幸福感低于心理幸福感,关注医务人员的幸福观及其相关因素有利于提升患者满意度,最终促进医疗卫生事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of medical staff’s well-being and put forward countermeasures. Methods A sample survey on the wellbeing level of 816 in-service medical staff in a first class hospital in Yangzhou city was conducted by using comprehensive happiness questionnaire. Results The happiness index of medical staff(6. 84 ± 1. 43) was above the average level. There was no significant difference in the score of happiness index among medical staff with different gender,marriage,education background and income. The happiness index of people aged over 26 to 55 was lower than that of people aged under 25 and over 56; The doctors and nurses reported lower levels of well-being than administrative and technical staff; Those with low interest and love,negative and pessimism,and uncertain future goals were found to be less happy. Conclusion The happiness level of medical staff is above the average level,but the subjective happiness is lower than the psychological happiness. Paying attention to the happiness concept of medical staff and related factors is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and ultimately promoting the development of medical and health undertakings.更多还原
