【摘要】 目的探讨舒筋洗药配合手法按摩对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后早期功能康复的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年2月—2017年7月我院61例关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者,其中30例术后行单纯康复训练,31例在康复训练的基础上配合舒筋洗药外用熏洗加手法按摩,比较两组患者术后2周、4周、8周VAS疼痛评分及康复目标达成率,并于术后8周比较两组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果观察组在第2周、第4周和第8周的VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),观察组各阶段康复目标达成率均高于对照组,且在、第4周时有统计学意义(P <0. 05),术后8周两组患者膝关节评分优良率无明显差异(P <0. 05),但观察组Lysholm评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论舒筋洗药配合手法按摩可有效减轻前交叉韧带重建术后患者疼痛,促进患者早期功能康复,临床值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shujinxi and massage on early functional rehabilitation of patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 61 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from February 2015 to July 2017 were selected,31 of them were in rehabilitation assisted with Shujinxi and Massage,and 30 cases in rehabilitation training. The two groups’ VAS score and rehabilitation goal achievement rate in postoperative 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,8 weeks and the Lysholm knee function score were compared. Results The degree of VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group in the 2 nd week,4 th week and 8 th week,which was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The achievement rate of the rehabilitation target in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,which was of statistical significance at the 4 th week( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the excellent rate of knee joint score between the two groups at 8 weeks after operation,but the Lysholm score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shujinxi combined with massage can alleviate the pain of patients after ACL reconstruction and promote early functional recovery,and is thus worthy of promotion.更多还原
