【摘要】 目的探究马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效及安全性。方法将100例老年CHF患者按随机数字表法分为观察组50例,给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片(10 mg/0. 8 mg)口服,7片/次,1次/天;对照组50例,给予依那普利片口服,1片/次,1次/天。两组均给予强心、利尿、扩血管、抗凝、降血脂等常规治疗,疗程共6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6 MWT)和治疗有效率明显高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和NT-pro BNP水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论马来酸依那普利叶酸片用于老年CHF患者的治疗效果和安全性均较好,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure( CHF). Methods 100 elderly patients with CHF were divided into the observation group of 50 patients according to the random number table method,and were given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets( 10 mg/0. 8 mg) orally,7 tablets/time,1 time/day. In the control group,50 patients were given enalapril tablets orally,1 tablet/time,1 time/day. Both groups were given routine treatment such as cardiac enhancement,diuresis,vasodilatation,anticoagulation,and lipid-lowering for a total of 6 months. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),6-minute walking test( 6 MWT)and treatment efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,left ventricular late systolic diameter( LVESD),left ventricular late diastolic diameter( LVEDD) and NT-pro BNP levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF are good,worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
