【摘要】 目的探讨运用PDCA循环管理工具提高医院自体输血率的管理效果。方法从2017年第二季度至第四季度运用PDCA管理工具管理医院自体输血管理工作。结果医院的自体输血率从第一季度改善前的16. 0%提高到了36. 0%,提升了20. 0%。结论 PDCA管理工具科学有效,应用于医院临床用血管理能有效提高自体输血率并达到持续改进目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the effect of improving the rate of autologous blood transfusion by using the PDCA management program. Methods We applied the PDCA management program to managing the autologous blood transfusion of our hospital from the second quarter 2017 to the fourth quarter 2017. Results The rate of autologous blood transfusion increased from 16. 0% to 36. 0% and increased by 20. 0% in 2017. Conclusion The PDCA management program is a scientific and effective method which can be applied to manage the rational utilization of blood products and improve the rate of autologous blood transfusion effectively and steadily.更多还原
