【Abstract】 This paper carries out the preliminary exploration on party construction and joint construction of Subei People’s Hospital in Jiangsu province,the local community,members of couplet of medical units and pair of rural grassroots party organizations. Moreover,it also suggests an effort in the overall planning,the form of innovation,improved style,thus building up the new pattern of regional party construction with localized party construction as the core,the community health service center as the main body,the district unit party organization and the joint participation of all party members.
