曲美他嗪联合辅酶Q10治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆心肌营养素-1水平及心功能的影响

【摘要】 目的通过检测慢性心力衰竭患者血浆标志物,探讨曲美他嗪联合辅酶Q10治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌营养素-1(CT-1)及心功能的影响。方法慢性心力衰竭患者260例分为观察组和对照组,每组130例,观察组在心力衰竭常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪和辅酶Q10治疗12周。对照组实施心力衰竭常规治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者血浆CT-1、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6min步行试验(6MWT)改善情况。结果观察组血浆CT-1、NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比和FFA下降大于对照组,LVEF、6MWT上升大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合辅酶Q10治疗慢性心力衰竭有助于降低血浆CT-1并改善心功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To evlauate the effects of trimetazidine combined with coenzyme Q10 on plasma cardiotrophin-1(CT-1) and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 260 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group(130 cases in each group). The observation group was treated with trimetazidine and coenzyme Q10 on the basis of conventional treatment of heart failure for 12 Weeks,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment for 12 Weeks. The plasma levels of CT-1, N-terminal B-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP), free fatty acid(FFA) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), 6 min walking distance(6 MWT) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Plasma CT-1, NT-proBNP,hs-CRP, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage and FFA decreased more significantly and LVEF and 6 MWT increased more significantly in observation group than in control group(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Treatment of chronic heart failure with trimetazidine and coenzyme Q10 can reduce plasma CT-1 and improve cardiac function.
