汽车线控制动系统关键技术研究分析
Research and Analysis on the Key Technology of Automotive Brake-by-Wire System
【摘要】 本文详细介绍了汽车线性制动控制系统组成及发展,并对其原理和特点进行了深入比较。结合目前市场上主流的液压制动系统,深入分析了汽车线控制动系统面临的技术难题,并对电子机械制动和电子液压线性制动系统的可行性作了考量,提出了更加实用的基于电子机械制动(EHB)和电子液压制动(EMB)的混合线控制动系统(HBBW),为未来无人驾驶汽车制动系统的发展奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces in detail the composition and development of automotive brake-by-wire system,and compares its principle and characteristics. Combined with the current mainstream hydraulic brake system on the market,in-depth analysis of the technical problems faced by the automotive brake-by-wire system,and consider the feasibility of EHB and EMB,and then proposed a more practical hybrid line control system(HBBW) based on EHB and EMB. It laid the foundation for the development of future driverless car brake systems.
