【摘要】 目的探讨颈动脉彩超检查在健康体检中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了2018年6月-2019年5月在我院接受健康体检的156例体检者,分析其颈动脉内膜增厚检出率、斑块检出率及颈动脉狭窄检出率情况。结果在156例进行健康体检者中,检出76例体检者有颈动脉内膜增厚,检出率为48.7%;检出颈动脉斑块形成的有36例(硬斑24例,软斑5例,混合斑7例),检出率为23.1%;动脉狭窄体检者16例(轻度狭窄11例,中度狭窄4例,重度狭窄1例),检出率为10.3%。结论颈动脉彩超对颈动脉动脉粥样硬化和颈动脉狭窄中检出率较高,操作简便并且灵敏度高,在健康体检中可作为首选检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination in health examination. Methods A retrospective analysis of 156 physical examinations in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019, analysis of carotid intima thickening detection rate, plaque detection rate and carotid stenosis detection rate. Results Among 156 healthy subjects, 76 patients were found to have carotid intima thickening, the detection rate was 48.7%; 36 cases of carotid plaque were detected(24 cases of hard spots, soft 5 cases of plaque, 7 cases of mixed plaque), the detection rate was 23.1%; 16 cases of arterial stenosis(11 cases of mild stenosis, 4 cases of moderate stenosis, 1 case of severe stenosis), the detection rate was 10.3%. Conclusion Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound has a high detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis and carotid stenosis. It is easy to operate and sensitive. It can be used as the first choice in health examination.更多还原
