【摘要】 目的探究重症呼吸衰竭患者接受中西医结合治疗的价值。方法以2016年8月-2018年8月东莞市人民医院97例重症呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,计算机随机化法分组,其中对照组实施常规西药治疗,实验组则接受中西医结合治疗,分析两组治疗的结果。结果实验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的心率、呼吸、血气指标水平均较治疗前改善,其中实验组治疗后的心率、呼吸、血气指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应几率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症呼吸衰竭患者接受中西医结合治疗的价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods 97 patients with severe respiratory failure in Dongguan People’s Hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were divided into two groups by computer randomization. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the heart rate, breathing and blood gas indexes of the two groups were improved after the treatment, and the heart rate, breathing and blood gas indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for patients with severe respiratory failure is higher.更多还原
