【摘要】 臂丛神经及其周围肿瘤因发病率低,诊断困难,解剖结构复杂,使得它成为一个困扰外科医生的难题。术前通过全面的体格检查,完善肌骨B超、X线、CTA、MRI等影像学检查,能对疾病进行初步评估,帮助临床医生初步判断肿瘤的大小、位置和肿瘤的恶性程度,确定具体治疗方案。手术切除是目前最为有效的治疗方式。术后根据病理结果确定肿瘤的类型,从而决定是否行放化疗等辅助治疗。近年来许多文献报道,手术治疗臂丛神经周围肿瘤的疗效及预后得到显著改善,这得益于手术技术和影像学诊断的不断进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tumor around the brachial plexus is always a challenge for clinicians due to the low morbidity, diagnostic difficulty, and complex anatomical structures. Preliminary evaluation, using general physical examination, musculoskeletal ultrasound, X-rays, CTA and MRI, is useful for doctors to determine the tumor’s size and position as well as whether it is malignant or benign. At present, operation is the most effective treatment of these tumors. Postoperatively, further therapeutic schedules such as chemotherapy and/or radiation depend on the pathological diagnosis. For the past few years, the therapeutic effect and prognosis have been greatly improved in the treatment of the tumors around the brachial plexus as a result of improved surgical and diagnostic techniques, according to the publications.更多还原
