【摘要】 目的探讨1/3管状钢板内固定治疗旋后内收Ⅱ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法我院2016年1月～2017年12月收治旋后内收Ⅱ度踝关节骨折患者6例,左侧5例,右侧1例,均行切开复位1/3管状钢板内固定术。结果本组6例患者均获得随访,平均随访时间16.8(12～24)个月。6例患者均获得骨性愈合,平均骨折愈合时间7.6(3～12)个月。5例伤口一期愈合, 1例伤口延迟愈合,经换药处理后愈合良好。术后AOFAS踝关节-后足评分平均为83.3(69～97)分。末次随访时1例出现创伤性关节炎,其踝关节活动稍受限,长距离行走时有疼痛。结论应用1/3管状钢板内固定治疗旋后内收Ⅱ度的踝关节骨折临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation of 1/3-tubular plate for the treatment of medial malleolar fractures with supination-adduction type Ⅱ. Method A total of 6 medial malleolar fracture cases with supination-adduction type Ⅱ treated by open reduction and internal fixation of 1/3-tubular plate were analyzed retrospectively from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital,including 5 of left lateral and 1 of right lateral. Results All 6 patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months with an average of 16.8 months and achieved bone union during 3 to 12 months(average of 7.6 months). One case was found delayed union of the wound and healed well after change dressings, the other 5 cases gained primary wounds healing.According to the Ankle & Hindfoot scale of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS), the mean score was 83.3(ranged 69 to 97). One case was found traumatic arthritis. Conclusion The internal fixation of 1/3-tubular plate can achieve reliable effect for the medial malleolar fracture with supination-adduction type Ⅱ.更多还原
