【摘要】 目的探讨构建重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)过渡期护理服务清单,为临床开展ICU过渡护理服务提供指引。方法通过文献分析法与质性访谈构建ICU过渡期护理服务清单,选择22名专家采用德尔菲法(Delphi)对该清单进行2轮专家咨询,最终确立ICU过渡期护理服务清单。结果两轮专家咨询积极性系数均值为95.84%,权威程度系数均为0.79;第一轮与第二轮各条目的变异系数分别为0.06～0.29与0.00～0.22;第一轮函询各条目的重要性均数为2.86～4.68,标准差为0.52～1.41,第二轮函询各条目的重要性均数为4.00～5.00,标准差为0.00～1.14。清单包括4个维度,分别为ICU转出前、转出中、转出后三个时间节点,即评估12项、协调3项、教育19项、心理干预4项,共38个条目。结论本研究构建了ICU过渡期护理服务清单,经过统计分析咨询结果可靠,专家的积极程度、权威程度、协调程度与集中程度均较高,其能为临床开展ICU过渡期护理提供指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a ICU transitional care checklist so as to provide guidance for ICU transitional care.Methods Through literature review and qualitative interview protocol, an ICU transitional care checklist was constructed. The checklist was determined by 22 experts through two rounds of expert consultation. Results The response rate of two rounds’ questionnaire was 95.84%. The authority of experts coefficient cross the two rounds were 0.79. The coefficients of variation of the first and second rounds were respectively 0.06～0.29 and 0.00～0.22. In the first round, the average of the importance rating was 2.86～4.68 with a standard deviation of 0.52 ～1.41. In the second round, the average of the importance rating was 4.00 ～5.00, with a standard deviation 0.00 ～1.14. The ICU transitional care checklist included 4 dimensions. There were 12 items of assessment, 3 items of coordination, 19 items of education, and 4 items of psychological support(all 38 items). In the checklist, these items spread before,between and after the transfer process of ICU. Conclusion The ICU transitional care checklist is constructed, and the degree of enthusiasm, authority, coordination and concentration of the experts are at a high level so as to provide a reference for the clinical implementation of ICU transitional care.更多还原
