【摘要】 目的了解年轻宫颈癌根治术后康复期患者的真实体验,为患者心理指导提供依据。方法采用质性研究法,利用半结构式访谈法,对12例年轻宫颈癌根治术后康复期患者进行深入访谈,并通过类属分析法对资料进行分析。结果年轻宫颈癌根治术后康复期患者存在着负性情绪、对性生活及生育的担忧、对疾病及经济压力的担忧及社会家庭角色的转变等问题,同时也对康复知识具有强烈的需求。结论年轻宫颈癌患者术后康复期存在着较多的情感变化。护士应深入了解患者康复期的内心真实感受和心理期望,帮助患者建立积极的应对方式,给予不同患者提供专业的个性化护理和情感支持,以提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the personal experience of young patients with cervical cancer during the rehabilitation period after radical surgery and build a basis for psychological guidance for them. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted using a qualitative description research method with 12 young cervical cancer patients during the rehabilitation period after radical operation. The researcher collected and coded the interview transcripts and extracted the concepts and themes. Results Five main themes were extracted, which were grouped under the Biopsychosocial Model Domains. The themes included negative emotions,sexual activity and fertility, disease and economic burden, social and family roles and rehabilitation knowledge. Conclusions There are many emotional changes in postoperative young patients with cervical cancer during the rehabilitation period. Nurses should be actively engaged as partners to understand, improve and provide professional personalized care for the patients with psychological problems.更多还原
