【摘要】 目的探讨智能手机应用程序对减轻腰椎间盘突出症择期手术患者焦虑中的效果。方法选择2015年1月—2018年12月在本科室住院的腰椎间盘突出症择期手术患者为研究对象,将2015年1月—2016年12月在本科室住院的70例患者设为对照组,术前采用发放健康教育手册和病区宣传栏方式进行健康教育;将2017年1月—2018年12月在本科室住院的74例患者为观察组,术前在对照组基础上采用智能手机应用程序实施健康教育。患者入院24 h内和手术日晨采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评估患者的焦虑水平和测量其血压和脉率。结果干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表得分低于干预前和对照组,组间和组内比较,均P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。干预后观察组血压和脉率值低于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论应用智能手机应用程序对腰椎间盘突出症择期手术患者实施健康教育,可减轻患者焦虑水平及降低患者脉率和血压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of smartphone APP on relieving anxiety in elective surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-four patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis who underwent elective surgery in our department from January 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled.From January 2015 to December 2016,70 patients were selected as the control group.Pre-operative health education manuals and bulletin boards were used for health education;74 patients from January 2017 to July 2018 were used as observation groups,and health education was implemented by usinglumbar disc herniations on the basis of the control group before surgery.The patient’s anxiety level,blood pressure and pulse rate were measured within 24 hours of admission and on the morning of surgery using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale.Results After the intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale score of the observation group was lower than that before the intervention and the control group.The p-value between the groups and within the group was less than 0.001,and the difference was statistically significant.After intervention,the blood pressure and pulse rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The p-value was less than 0.01 and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Using a smartphone app to educate adolescents with elective surgery for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis can reduce anxiety,pulse rate and blood pressure.更多还原
