【摘要】 目的探讨基牙颜色和瓷贴面厚度对变色前牙遮色性能的影响,为临床瓷贴面厚度的选择提供理论参考依据。方法选用60颗A2色调树脂前牙,分为4组,分别于蒸馏水、可乐、咖啡、红酒里浸泡4周,拟建立不同程度变色前牙模型,进行贴面牙体预备,制作中部厚度为0.5mm、0.75mm和1mm的e-max全瓷贴面,用ShadeEye NCC测色仪测量粘接前、粘接后牙齿唇面中三分之一处的L、a、b值,计算色差值,利用色差公式△E=[（△L）²+（△a）²+（△b）2]^1/2,计算不同程度变色牙及不同厚度贴面粘接前后的色差。结果不同基牙颜色、不同瓷贴面厚度对瓷贴面颜色的改变均具有显著影响（P<0.01）。随着基牙变色程度的增加,L^*值逐渐减小;随着瓷贴面厚度的增加,△E值逐渐增大。结论同种粘接剂条件下,瓷材料厚度影响变色基牙的瓷贴面颜色修复效果,随着厚度的增加,遮色能力增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ceramic materials thickness on the final color of all-ceramic veneers in the discolored teeth. To provide a theoretic foundation for the choosing of the thickness of ceramic veneers in clinic. Methods Sixty artificial maxillary central resin teeth（A2 shade） were stored in distilled water,cola,coffee,red wine for 4 weeks. The specimens were used to simulate the discolored teeth.and prepared according to veneer tooth preparation protocol. Veneers of different thickness in the body region（0.35 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.75 mm） were fabricated using e-max ceramic materials. The color values of the specimens were determined by a digital colormeter on CIE L^* a^*b^*color stem at the body region before and after cementation. color difference（△E） was calculated as △E=[（△L）²+（△a）² +（△b）2]^1/2 Results The color parameters of ceramic veneers were significantly affected by the ceramic thickness and abutment color（P <0.01）. With the increasing of abutment color,the lightness values of the discolored teeth increased. With the increasing of ceramic thickness, the color differences（△E） increased Conclusion The ceramic thickness could affect the final color of the discolored teeth on all-ceramic veneers within a certain resin cement. With the increasing of ceramic thickness, the ability of masking underlying discoloration was increased.更多还原
