运载火箭发射平台钢架结构强度分析方法研究
The research on the analytical method of steel-frame structure of launch vehicle launch pad
【摘要】 发射平台钢架结构在运载火箭发射过程中承受燃气流的强烈冲击,钢架结构是否有足够的强度来抵御冲击是设计过程中的关健问题。通过建立发射平台钢架结构的有限元模型,提出了一种将CFD模型计算的燃气流载荷转换为结构有限元模型载荷的方法,利用这种转换方法计算了燃气流载荷下发射平台钢架结构的应力分布情况,以考察其结构强度是否满足使用要求,为钢架结构的改进及优化提供理论参考依据。
【Abstract】 The combustion-gas stream in the process of rocket launching is imposed on the steel-frame structure of launch pad.It is the key point whether the steel-frame structure has enough structural strength to resist the stream.The finite element model of steel-frame structure was set up,and the relay method was presented from the CFD model to the finite element model. In order to research whether the structural strength of the steel-frame structure was satisfied,the stress distribution under the combustion-gas stream load was calculated by use of this relay method,which can provide some theoretical reference for the optimization design of the steel-frame structure.
