轨道内部几何参数检测系统设计

【摘要】 目前大多数轨道检测设备的测量原理是基于弦测法或惯性基准法,但是基于这两种方法的小车测量数据重复性低、精确率较低,并且大部分检测小车都是手推式,检测效率较低。介绍一种基于光纤陀螺仪和倾角仪的新型便携式全自动轨道检测系统,它不同于传统测量系统,具有零漂小、精度高、数据重复性高、效率高等优点。

【Abstract】 The current measurement principle of most orbital detection equipment is based on the string measurement method or the inertial reference method. However, the car measurement data based on these two methods has low repeatability and low accuracy. And most of the detection cars are hand-pushed, and the detection efficiency is low. Introduces a new portable automatic track detection system based on fiber optic gyroscope and inclinometer. It is different from traditional measurement system and has the advantages of small zero drift, high precision,high data repeatability and high efficiency.
