【摘要】 目的 研究连兰六君煎对糖耐量减低患者血清瘦素、尿酸、血脂的影响。方法 将127例糖耐量减低患者随机分为对照组64例和观察组63例。对照组给予生活方式干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟连兰六君煎口服,2组均连续干预12周。观察2组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)及血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血尿酸、瘦素水平变化,统计2组临床疗效。结果 治疗12周后,2组患者BMI及TG、LDL-C、血尿酸、瘦素水平均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各指标均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组TC水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HDL-C水平明显高于治疗前及对照组(P均<0.05),对照组TC、HDL-C水平均无明显变化(P均>0.05)。结论 连兰六君煎能有效降低糖耐量减低患者BMI和TC、TG、LDL-C、血尿酸、瘦素水平,升高HDL-C水平,具有明显改善糖耐量减低患者脂代谢作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the effects of Lianlan Liujun Decoction on serum leptin, uric acid and blood lipids in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods A total of 127 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into control group(64 cases) and observation group(63 cases). The control group was given lifestyle intervention, and the observation group was given the oral administration of Lianlan Liujunjian on the basis of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks. The changes of body mass index(BMI) and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), blood uric acid and leptin were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was assessed. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of BMI, TG, LDL-C, serum uric acid and leptin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the indicators in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lianlan Liujun Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of BMI and TC, TG, LDL, serum uric acid and leptin and increase HDL levels in patients with impaired glucose tolerance, which can significantly improve the lipid metabolism of patients with impaired glucose tolerance.更多还原
