【摘要】 目的探讨人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、配对盒基因(PAX)-2、上皮细胞膜蛋白2(EMP2)在子宫内膜增生症中的表达情况,探讨其与子宫内膜增生症的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜增生不伴非典型增生(即良性增生)子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜非典型增生/子宫内膜上皮内瘤变(EIN)子宫内膜组织、正常增生期子宫内膜组织中PTEN、PAX-2、EMP2蛋白表达情况。结果在子宫内膜增生症中,PTEN和PAX-2表达明显减弱或缺失表达,与正常增生期子宫内膜比较差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。EMP2在子宫内膜增生症中表达明显增强,与正常增生期子宫内膜比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN、PAX-2、EMP2的异常表达与子宫内膜增生症的发生相关,对子宫内膜增生症的诊断具有一定辅助意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to investigate the expression of PTEN, PAX-2 and EMP2 in endometrial hyperplasia, and to explore its relationship with endometrial hyperplasia and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PTEN, PAX-2 and EMP2 proteins in endometrial tissue of endometrial hyperplasia without atypical hyperplasia(benign hyperplasia), endometrial atypical hyperplasia/endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia(EIN), and normal proliferative endometrial tissues. Results In the endometrial hyperplasia, the expression of PTEN and PAX-2 was significantly decreased or absent, the difference was statistically significant compared with the normal proliferative endometrium(P<0.05). The expression of EMP2 was significantly enhanced in endometrial hyperplasia, the difference was statistically significant compared with the normal proliferative endometrium(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of PTEN, PAX-2 and EMP2 is associated with the occurrence of endometrial hyperplasia, and it has certain auxiliary significance for the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia.更多还原
