熔融酯交换法聚碳酸酯聚合过程的组合建模
Combined-modelling for polycarbonate polymerization process via melt transesterification
【摘要】 分析了碳酸二苯酯和双酚A在熔融状态下逐步线性缩聚合成聚碳酸酯的机理特性,提出了将Aspen Plus单元模块"组合"起来,建立了可以更准确描述该工艺典型工业装置聚合过程的模拟流程,包括预聚釜的CSTR模块系统、降膜蒸发器的"闪蒸-活塞流-闪蒸"模块系统以及缩聚釜的"活塞流-闪蒸"模块系统,依据缩聚机理定义各模块系统的基元反应和反应速率参数。模拟结果和聚合机理一致性好,表明所建立的聚合模型能准确响应工业装置,可用于对工业装置的进一步优化改造。
【Abstract】 The mechanism characteristics of the process producing polycarbonate via the stepwise linear polycondensation between diphenyl carbonate and bisphenol A under melting state is analyzed,and a simulation flowsheet that can describe the polymerization process more accurately in typical industrial units of this process is established through combining Aspen Plus’ s unit models together,including CSTR module system for the pre-polymerizing reactor,"FLASHPFR-FLASH"module system for the falling-film evaporator and "PFR-FLASH"module system for the polycondensation kettle. The elementary reaction and reaction rate parameters of each module system are defined according to polycondensation mechanism.The simulation results agree well with the experimental data,representing that the established polymerization model and the simulation flowsheet can response accurately the practical polycarbonate industrial production unit using the melt transesterification method,and can be used in the optimization and renovation in the industries.
