【Abstract】 This paper introduces an on-line detection device for bearing faults of metro vehicles. The number information of metro vehicles is obtained by image recognition technology. The location of the faulty bearings is achieved, and the tracking and prediction of the faulty bearings are realized. This paper introduces and analyses the principle and structure of vehicle number image recognition equipment, the system integration of relevant equipment components, software functions and development, and the improvement measures of the problems in application.更多还原
