【摘要】 针对大量使用空气净化设备的市场需求,开发一种FFU远程集中控制系统。该系统具有巡检、报警、通信、风速设定、电流检测、分组管理、液晶显示、FFU驱动等功能。对于大量FFU设备,FFU驱动采用低功耗的设计,具有调速范围广、稳定、可靠、节能等优点,而通信网络结构采用分布式星型与总线混合结构。该控制系统操作简单、安装方便、扩展性强,主要用于工厂车间、地铁通风等大型场所。

【Abstract】 A remote centralized control system for fan filter unit(FFU)is developed to meet the market needs for a large number of air purification equipments. The system has the functions of patrol,alarm,communication,wind speed setting,current detection,group management,liquid crystal display,FFU drive,etc. For a large number of FFU devices,a low-power design is adopted for the FFU drive,which has the advantages of wide speed range,high stability,high reliability,and energysaving. The distributed star-type and bus hybrid structure is adopted in communication network structure. The control system is easy to operate and install,and has high expansibility. It is mainly used in large-scale sites such as factory workshop and subway ventilation and so on.
