【摘要】 目的:探讨中药独活寄生汤加针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的近期效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年2月收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例,随机数字表法分为两组各20例。对照组采用单一独活寄生汤加减治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者膝关节骨性关节炎评分。结果:两组患者治疗前膝关节骨性关节炎评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后膝关节骨性关节炎评分显著高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用独活寄生汤加针灸进行治疗,可有效降低患者膝关节骨性关节炎评分,促进患者尽快康复,缩短治疗时间,减轻患者经济和精神压力,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the short-term effect of traditional Chinese medicine(Duhuojisheng decoction)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:40 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from January 2017 to February 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single Duhuojisheng decoction and the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.We compared the score of knee osteoarthritis between the two groups.Results:The scores of knee osteoarthritis before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The score of knee osteoarthritis in the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short term effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant,at the same time,it can effectively reduce the score of knee osteoarthritis,promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,shorten the treatment time,and reduce the economic and mental pressure of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
