【摘要】 目的:观察自拟益肺抑癌方治疗肺癌晚期咯血的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治肺癌晚期咯血患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。对照组给予常规西医止血治疗,观察组在常规西医止血治疗基础上给予自拟益肺抑癌方治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,止血时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益肺抑癌方治疗肺癌晚期咯血效果显著,具有补气、清热化痰、利湿解毒、凉血止血的功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yifei yiai recipe on hemoptysis in advanced stage of lung cancer.Methods:90 patients with hemoptysis in advanced stage of lung cancer were selected from January 2017 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine hemostasis treatment,the observation group was given self-made yifei yiai recipe recipe on the basis of routine western medicine hemostasis treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yifei yiai recipe has significant effect on hemoptysis in advanced stage of lung cancer.It has the functions of invigorating Qi,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,eliminating wetness and disintoxication更多还原
