【摘要】 目的:对正骨推拿在腰源性膝痛治疗中的临床效果进行观察。方法:收治腰源性膝痛患者80例,依患者临床治疗方式分为两组,对照组实施双醋瑞因联合塞来昔布口服治疗,观察组实施林氏正骨推拿治疗,对比分析两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,和对照组比较,观察组ISOA评分法及治疗总有效率均显著偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正骨推拿应用于腰源性膝痛患者临床治疗中,有助于提高患者临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of orthodontic massage in the treatment of lumbar pain.Methods:80 patients with lumbar pneumopergia were selected,according to the clinical treatment of patients,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with diacerein combined with celecoxib orally.The patients in the observation group were treated with Lin’s orthopedic massage,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the ISOA score and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of orthopedic massage in the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar knee pain can help to improve the clinical effect of patients.更多还原
