【摘要】 目的:脑卒中后会引起多种不同程度的功能障碍,平衡功能障碍是常见的一种功能障碍。引起卒中后平衡障碍的主要机制包括本体感觉障碍、视觉系统障碍、前庭功能障碍、中枢神经系统整合能力下降、核心肌群肌力下降、肌肉协同作用减弱,认知功能障碍。本文系统介绍了不同部位平衡障碍的特点及近年来国内外对脑卒中平衡障碍康复治疗的研究进展,提出要依据不同机制进行多种方法联合治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 After stroke,there are many different levels of dysfunction,balance disorder is a common disorder.The main mechanisms of balance dysfunction after stroke include proprioception disorder,visual disorder,vestibular disorder,central nervous system integration function decline,core muscle strength decline,muscle group coordination ability reduction and cognitive dysfunction.This paper introduces the influence of balance disorder after stroke,the pathologic mechanism, and the latest research progress of rehabilitation treatment of balance disorder in stroke in recent years.更多还原
