【摘要】 目的:对比分析腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术与开放无张力腹股沟疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:收治老年腹股沟疝患者78例,随机平分为两组。对照组进行开放无张力腹股沟疝修补术,试验组患者进行腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于对照组,治疗费用高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝,可以有效减少手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,降低患者术后并发症发生率,创伤小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair and open tension-free inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia.Methods:78 elderly patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the control group underwent open tension-free inguinal hernia repair,while patients in the experimental group underwent laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the treatment cost was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair for elderly patients with inguinal hernia can effectively reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the trauma is small.更多还原
