【摘要】 目的:回顾总结收治七氟烷吸入麻醉复合阴茎背神经阻滞在包皮环切术中的应用80例。方法:收治包茎患儿80例,ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,年龄5～10岁。所有患儿均在七氟烷吸入麻醉复合阴茎背神经阻滞下完成手术。结果:所有患儿均愉快接受麻醉,完成手术,全程无痛苦,未出现任何不良事件。结论:在儿童包皮环切术中应用七氟烷吸入麻醉复合阴茎背神经阻滞,患儿乐意接受,操作简单,效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review and summarize the application of 80 cases of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia combined with penile dorsal nerve block in circumcision in children.Methods:80 cases of phimosis were classified as ASAⅠ～Ⅱ,aged 5～10 years.All patients underwent operation through sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia combined with penile dorsal nerve block.Results:All the children were pleased to receive anesthesia and complete the operation without any pain and any adverse events.Conclusion:Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia combined with penile dorsal nerve block in circumcision in children is acceptable,simple and effective,and can be popularized and applied.更多还原
