【Abstract】 Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive study on trade remedy measures and demonstrates China’s direct investment in the United States with theoretical and empirical models. The results show that the " anti-dumping and countervailing" measures taken by the United States to China strongly promote China’s direct investment in the United States,that is,China’s direct investment in the United States has a strong motivation to leap over trade remedy.更多还原
