【摘要】 中国经济发展已进入新常态,产业发展需要找到新的支撑点。面临新一轮的产业革命,新能源产业作为绿色能源产业正处于升级和创新的关键时期。特色小镇是产业发展的载体,对产业升级和城镇化建设有重要推动力。文章通过总结新能源特色小镇发展特点与困境,针对新能源产业发展对于镇的空间、功能及风貌方面的影响展开叙述,结合江西省新余市水西光伏小镇的规划实践,为解决当前特色小镇的发展困境,从产业布局、空间构筑、特色风貌三个方面提出新能源特色小镇规划编制的基本策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economic development has entered a new normal, and it is urgent to find a new supporting point for industrial development. Facing a new round of industrial revolution, the new energy industry, as a green energy industry, is in a critical period of upgrading and innovation. The characteristic town is the carrier of industrial development and has an important driving force for industrial upgrading and urbanization construction.Through summarizing the development characteristics and difficulties of the new energy featured town, in view of the new energy industry development for the town of space, function and style of narrative, the planning practice of Shuixi Photovoltaic Town is combined. From the perspective of solving the development dilemma of the current characteristic town, the basic strategies are put forward in three aspects: industry layout, spatial construction.更多还原
