【摘要】 在已公布的两批国家级特色小城镇名单中,辽宁省共有13个小镇入选,数量居北方省份前列。本文在实地调研和资料研究的基础上,首先对这些特色小城镇的发展现状进行综合归纳和整理,总结其发展特点与突出问题;同时,指出基于地域元素概念的小镇建设是突出"特色"的本质要求,并提出13个国家级特色小城镇基于各自地域元素的不同新兴产业发展方向;最后,从产业、功能、文化、空间四个维度,总结辽宁特色小城镇的发展策略,以期为这些小镇建设提供实际的理论依据与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liaoning is the most developed province in the northeastern China. In the list of two national level characteristic towns, 13 towns in Liaoning have been approved, ranking the forefront of the northern provinces.Based on field research and data research, this paper firstly sorts out the development status of these characteristic towns, summarizes their development characteristics and outstanding problems. At the same time, it is pointed out that the construction of small towns based on the concept of regional elements is an essential requirement for highlighting "features", and proposes the development direction of different emerging industries based on their respective geographical elements in 13 national feature towns. Finally, the article summarizes the development strategies of 13 national-level characteristic towns in Liaoning from four dimensions: industry, function, culture, and space, in order to provide practical theoretical basis and basis for the construction of these small towns.更多还原
