【摘要】 目的了解医学生人格特质与心理健康水平的基本情况,分析两者之间存在的关系及性别、籍贯的差异对两者的影响,为医学教育的改革提供理论依据。方法选取某高校粤东医学院一至四年级医学生采取横断面调查,统计分析医学生人格特质及心理健康状况。结果医学生的心理健康状况与人格特质存在显著的差异性别。男性人格特质的外向性因子与各项心理健康的因子均呈负相关(P<0.05);女性的外向性因子与偏执因子呈负相关(P<0.05)。人格特质的神经质因子与各项心理健康因子均呈正相关(P<0.05);与潮汕籍相比,非潮汕籍学生人格特质的外向性因子与心理健康的所有因子均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论调查结果表明,医学生的心理健康问题存在性别差异。在不同性别、籍贯分组下,人格特质对心理健康的影响存在不同的表现形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the basic situation of personality traits and mental health of medical students,analyze the relationship between them,and the influence of gender and regional difference on them,so as to provide theoretical basis for the reform of medical education.Methods A crosssectional survey was conducted among medical students in the first to fourth grades of a Medical College in east of Guangdong.Results There were significant differences in mental health status and personality traits between medical students.The extroversion personality trait of male was negatively correlated with each mental health factors(P<0.05),while the extroversion personality trait of female was negatively correlated with paranoid factor(P<0.05).The neuroticism personality trait was positively correlated with all mental health factors(P<0.05).Compared with Chaoshan students,the extroversion personality trait of non-Chaoshan students was negatively correlated with all the factors of mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that there are gender differences in mental health of medical students.The influence on mental health of personality traits was different under the group of different gender and region.更多还原
