【摘要】 Blending Learning是一种既能够发挥教师主导作用又能够体现学生主体地位的教育思想,在这种思想指导下,学生不仅可以从教师和书本上获得知识,还能够利用网络信息和小组讨论获取知识,翻转课堂模式、泰微课+洋思模式和跨越式教学模式等新型教学模式都充分体现了这种教育思想。我们在认真研究了上述教学模式的基础上,大力改革传统实验课常用的凯洛夫五段教学法,提出了适合本校生物化学实验教学的新型教学模式:七段教学法,经过几年的实践与改进,取得了良好的教学效果,达到了"人人都动手,组组有结果,结果都不错"的实验教学目标,并体会到一堂成功的生物化学实验课离不开教师的主导作用、学生的主体地位、实验人员的主场配合和主管领导的积极协调。

【Abstract】 Blending Learning is an educating thought that could realize both the leader role of teachers and the principal position of students.With this kind of thought,student could not only obtain knowledge from teacher and textbooks but also from the utilization of internet and group discussions.Several new teaching modes involving flipped classroom mode,Thai micro class+oceanic thinking mode and leapfrog teaching mode are all reflecting this educating thought.After fully researched on this field,we made a revolutionary development on traditional"Kailov’s five stage teaching method",and a new teaching mode which suitable for the experimental teaching of biochemistry in our university was proposed:"the seven stage teaching method".After several years practice and improvement,the new teaching method received a promising result and achieved our experimental teaching goal which is"everyone takes efforts,every group get result and the results are pretty good".Apart from that,we deeply felt that a successful biochemistry experiment course is inseparable from the teacher’s leading role,the student’s principal position,the experimenter’s home field cooperation and the supervisor’s active coordination.
