互穿网络型腐植酸保水材料的制备及其性能

【摘要】 以腐植酸钾(KHA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备具有互穿网络结构的PVA/PAA/KHA保水材料.结果表明:AA/PVA/KHA质量比、AA中和度、聚合温度、KPS用量、MBA用量分别为10∶1∶1、65%、80℃、0.25 g、0.06 g时,产物的吸水、保水倍率分别达481.3 g/g和90.3%;保水材料添加量为500∶1时,青菜叶片中的可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素a含量分别可达18.9 mg/g、1.28 mg/g,丙二醛含量可降至0.086 mg/g.

【Abstract】 Water-retaining materials(PVA/PAA/KHA) with interpenetrating networks were prepared by solution polymerization using the partial neutralizing acrylic acid(AA),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and potassium humate(KHA) as raw materials,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) as cross-linking agent and potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,respectively.The results showed that PVA/PAA/KHA respectively have the highest water absorption and retention ratios of 481.3 g/g and 90.3%,when AA/PVA/KHA mass ratio,AA neutralization degree,polymerization temperature,KPS dosage,MBA dosage were 10∶1∶1,65%,80 ℃,0.25 g,0.06 g,separately.When the amount of water-retaining material added was 500∶1,the soluble protein content and chlorophyll a content in vegetables were up to 18.9 mg/g and 1.28 mg/g,respectively,and the malondialdehyde content could be reduced to 0.086 mg/g.
