交直交变频器直流滤波电容的参数最小化分析
Parameter minimization analysis of DC filter capacitor in AC-DC-AC converter
【摘要】 电压型交直交变频器作为电机无级平滑调速的理想选择,在实际带电机负载运行中,必然出现逆变侧能量回馈问题.针对回馈电流产生时所需的电流通路,从能量守恒定律角度出发,进行交直交变频器直流滤波电容的参数最小化分析,在保证直流母线电压为六脉波,变频器器件安全的同时,保证三相笼型异步电机能够稳定运行.最终应用SIMULINK进行仿真分析,结果验证了基于能量回馈将电容参数最小化方案的可行性.
【Abstract】 The voltage source type AC-DC converter is an ideal choice for smooth and stepless speed regulation of the motor.In the actual load operation with the motor,the inverter side energy feedback problem must occur.The current path required for the feedback current generation is from the angle of conservation of energy.The parameter analysis of the DC filter capacitor of the AC-DC converter is minimized.When the DC voltage is six pulses,the inverter device is safe and the three-phase cage asynchronous motor can operate stably.Finally,SIMULINK is used for simulation analysis.The results verify the feasibility of selecting the minimum DC capacitor scheme based on energy feedback.
