基于非线性化学指纹图谱法的牛羊乳混掺检测
Determination of the adulteration of caprine milk with bovine milk by nonlinear chemical fingerprint method
【摘要】 为建立基于非线性化学指纹图谱技术的羊乳掺杂牛乳快速检测方法,通过对32份羊乳和33份牛乳非线性化学指纹图谱各个参数进行单因素方差分析,从中筛选出牛羊乳之间具有显著差异的参数,通过Pearson相关性分析研究参数与主要羊乳成分含量的相关性并确定测定混合二元乳中牛羊乳含量的数学模型.结果表明,两类图谱的诱导时间(tind)和最高电位时间(tpet)具有极其显著的差异,这两个参数均与羊乳主要成分蛋白质、脂肪和非脂乳固形物的含量具有相关性,且最高电位时间与羊乳各主要成分含量的相关性最高,并通过回归分析法建立经验公式,tpet=-2.379ln[Mc]/[Mg]+12.258(R2为0.967 2).经检验,该公式可用于快速检测牛羊二元乳中两种乳的含量.
【Abstract】 The nonlinear chemical fingerprint method for detection and quantification of goat milk adulteration with cow milk was investigated.Thirty-two goat milk samples and thirtythree cow milks samples were collected and their fingerprint were measured.The variance of fingerprint between goat milk and cow milk was hold by one factor ANOVA.Furthermore,the Pearson coefficience between the significance index and ingredients of goat milk was calculated.Result shows that the difference of inductive time(tind)and the peak top time(tpet)in fingerprint between goat milk and cow milk were extremely significant.The Pearson correlation analysis shows that both tpetand tindhave relationship with ingredients of goat milk,and the relationship of tindwith all ingredients in goat milk were stronger than tpet.The model was get to prediction of concentration of cow milk and goat milk by tpet with very high precision and accuracy.
