塔拉降解物与锆离子的配位及其鞣制性能研究

【摘要】 (1)利用pH值法、紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱检测法,研究了塔拉栲胶降解物和锆离子之间的相互作用。研究表明:塔拉栲胶降解物与锆离子发生配位反应,形成稳定的透明溶液。(2)以绵羊皮的收缩温度变化为考察指标,对塔拉降解物与锆盐配位形成的鞣剂鞣制性能进行研究。研究表明:塔拉降解物具有鞣性,但是鞣性较小;塔拉降解物与锆离子反应的产物具有较好的鞣性,其中氧化剂H2O2用量达到150%时得到的产物,用于绵羊皮鞣制后收缩温度可达到86℃。

【Abstract】 (1) The interaction between Tara degradation and zirconium ions was studied by pH value method, UV-Vis spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the Tara degradation product reacts with the zirconium ions to form a stable transparent solution.(2) The tanning performance of tannin was studied by adjusting the shrinkage temperature of sheep skin as the index. The results show that the Tara degradation product has tannage, but the tanning property is small. The product of the reaction of the talla degradation product with zirconium has greatly improved the shrinkage temperature of the billet, and the amount of 150% oxidant and the zirconium R eaction to form the product,tanning temperature can reach 86 ℃.
