【Abstract】 In the employment relationship in the pastoral area of Hulun Town of Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia,the labor force combination of animal husbandry tends to be diversified,and the emergence of the employment groups in the pastoral area reflects the dual characteristics of traditional order and marketization in the process of social transformation of animal husbandry.
