【摘要】 采用文献资料等方法,分析近年来风靡美国的每日梦幻体育(DFS)的发展现状、合法性争议、合法化的原因及对我国网络体育游戏发展的启示。DFS经营模式凸显在线博彩的特征和具有较强的负外部性而备受诟病,但其能增加政府的财政收入、促进利益相关者互利共赢,并能替代非法博彩,因而在美国部分州获得了合法经营权。研究认为,在我国网络体育游戏监管机制不健全的当下,加强国家相关立法,组建专门的监管机构,严格管控网络体育游戏博彩行为,严防青少年网络体育游戏沉迷等是推动我国网络体育游戏绿色发展的重要路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of literature and other methods, this paper analyses the current situation of the development of daily fantasy sports(DFS) which has been popular in the United States in recent years, the disputes over its legitimacy, the reasons for its legalization and the enlightenment to the development of online sports games in China. The results show that DFS has been criticized for its strong negative externalities and characteristics of online gambling, but it can increase government revenue, promote mutual benefit and win-win of stakeholders, and replace illegal gambling, thus gaining legal rights in some states of the United States. The research concludes that under the imperfect supervision mechanism of online sports games in our country, strengthening relevant national legislation, setting up special regulatory bodies, strictly monitoring online sports games gambling behavior, and strictly preventing teenagers from indulging in online sports games are important ways to promote the green development of online sports games in our country.更多还原
