【摘要】 我国体育自治组织体系存在行政权力干预较多、体育自治组织内部管理存在缺陷、对体育自治组织监管不力、自治权膨胀以及外行领导内行等问题。有必要对我国体育自治组织体系进行完善和规制,可以从三方规制主体构成相互制约的体系、体育行业内部规范化和法治化、有效遏制自治权的膨胀以及实现体育行业自治与国家法律规制的平衡等方面来提升我国体育行业自治规则的法治化水平。只有这样,才能减少和杜绝类似事件的发生,完善体育自治体系内部的管理机制和提高管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in our sports autonomous organizations,such as the interference of administrative power,defects in the internal management of sports autonomous organizations,weak supervision of sports autonomous organizations,the expansion of autonomy and outsider leadership. Therefore,it is necessary to perfect and regulate the sports autonomous organization system in China,it can improve the rule of law of the autonomy of sports industry in China from the aspects of the system of three-party regulation,the internal standardization and legalization of the sports industry,the expansion of the effective control of the autonomy and the balance of the autonomy of the sports industry and the national legal regulation. Only in this way can we reduce and eliminate the occurrence of similar events and perfect the management mechanism and improve management level within the sports autonomous system.更多还原
